Cancellation of bookings

We are looking forward to your booking and hope that you can start your journey.
As we only offer four rooms, we are not so flexible in the allocation of occupancy. In case of a cancellation we will have to charge you a part of the costs. Based on the total amount of your booking (excluding bicycles and guest tax) the following costs will be charged according to the time of cancellation:

• up to 30 days before the start of the booking - no costs
• less than 30 days before the start of the booking - 50%.
• less than 10 days before the start of the booking - 100%

Only special booking times Whitsun and Leipzig Book Fair:

• up to 90 days before the start of the booking - 50%
• less than 30 days before the start of the booking - 75%
• less than 10 days before the start of the booking - 100%

We will do our best to find a replacement immediately after your cancellation so that you incur no or correspondingly lower costs.

Special regulations Corona
If bans on accommodation apply, you can cancel or rebook free of charge.
Bookings that have already been paid for are 100% refunded. You can book without risk and pay when it is certain that you will be able to travel. However, we cannot bear the risks of the guests, such as illnesses (of any kind).
