Cancellation of bookings

We look forward to your booking and hope that you will be able to start your journey. As we only offer four rooms, we are not so flexible in the allocation of occupancy. In the event of cancellation, we are obliged to charge you a portion of the costs. Based on the total amount of your booking (excluding bicycles and accommodation tax), the following costs will be charged depending on the time of cancellation:

• 31 days and more before the start of the booking - no costs
• 30 days and less before the start of the booking - 50%
• 10 days and less before the start of the booking - 100%

We will endeavour to find a replacement immediately, which we will credit so that no or correspondingly lower costs are incurred.

The cancellation policy applies only to bookings made via our website.
Bookings made via booking platforms may be subject to different cancellation policies, which can be viewed on those platforms.
